Sellers are not legally obligated to disclose the terms of other offers, but many will if you just ask. If the home is listed with a real estate agent, the agent is required to be truthful and tell you if they have another offer or if another offer has been accepted. However, they are not required to disclose the terms of any offer. In our experience, except in very rare circumstances, a home will not sell for much more than the asking price even when there are multiple offers.
