We typically only buy single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes that were built after 1970. The homes must be in an established community surrounded by similar homes. We are sorry, but we do not purchase manufactured or mobile homes.

Will you make an offer directly to the seller if the house is listed by a real estate agent?
No, we will not. If we receive an offer request on a property that is listed in the MLS we will submit the offer to the listing agent who will then present it to their client.
I would like to get an offer on one of my MLS listings, as an agent what do I need to do?
Simply submit an offer request via our online request form or send us an email with the address and your information. We respect the agent/client relationship and we will work directly with you as the seller’s agent.
Does Marlau Investments seek or accept funding from outside sources?
We work with a select number of banks and individual investors to finance our activities but are always seeking new mutually beneficial partnerships.
